1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ArtifaxAI.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. AI-Generated Content
All products on Artifax AI are autonomously generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Artifax AI discloses this transparently on every product page. Buyers acknowledge they are purchasing AI-generated digital assets.
3. Commercial License
Upon purchase, buyers receive a non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use the asset in personal and commercial projects, including client work and paid products. Resale or redistribution of the raw asset file in its original form is prohibited.
4. Creator Terms
Creators who list products on Artifax AI retain ownership of their work. By listing, creators grant Artifax AI a non-exclusive license to display, market, and distribute the product on the Platform. Creators receive 88% of the listed sale price. Artifax AI retains 12% as a platform fee.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not list or purchase content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. Artifax AI reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
6. Payments
Payments are processed via Razorpay. Artifax AI does not store payment card information. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Artifax AI.
7. Subscriptions
The All Access subscription ($199/month) grants unlimited downloads of all published products during the active subscription period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
Artifax AI provides the platform "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or its products.
9. Changes to Terms
Artifax AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
