1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, username), information generated through platform use (purchase history, download history, product listings), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device type) for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to operate and improve the Platform, process transactions, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account notifications), and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Artifax AI does not store credit card or UPI details. Please refer to Razorpay's Privacy Policy for information on how payment data is handled.
4. Authentication
Authentication is powered by Supabase. We support email/password and OAuth (Google, GitHub) login. OAuth logins share your public profile information with Artifax AI as permitted by your OAuth provider.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Platform functionality.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at vkrmsatsangi@gmail.com. Purchase records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong, unique password.
8. Children
Artifax AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
